As a self-governing, unincorporated religious nonprofit, Guardian’s Embrace operates under a membership-based governance structure with a Board of Directors overseeing daily operations. Recognized as tax-exempt under Section 508(c)(1)(A) and 501(c)(3), we ensure all resources are stewarded with integrity, transparency, and accountability in alignment with God’s Word and legal compliance.
Through discipleship, education, and outreach, we equip families to thrive in faith, steward God’s resources with wisdom, and provide hope and restoration for exploited children.
